I’m just a user
I’ve looked at the recent stats for my blog, this time, more specifically at the search queries that bring people to my blog. More than 25% of the search strings include words like: eclipse, ubuntu, dapper, 3.2, vmware, callisto.
Now, I wish I was an authority on these topics, but the fact is I’m just a user. I mean, I don’t use these products day in day out for productive work, I merely play with them once in a while to support specific needs I have – or mere curiosity.
But then again, maybe that’s the angle some folks like (I know I do): the fact that an ordinary end-user with some technical savvy discusses these highly advanced products and touches basic aspects of the products which wouldn’t otherwise be covered?
